Times and methods: TheAntica Stivaleria only accept orders that require delivery to the territories indicated in the shipment.
If you want to ship out of specified territories, please contact us by e-mail using the appropriate page on the site.
N.B. Some territories may be subject to surcharges in the shipment. In this case the customer will be contacted in order for the surcharge to be paid and subsequently, upon payment, will be updated with the invoice and delivery of the shipment.
The Antica Stivaleria confirms receipt of the order by sending an automatic summary e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer in the same order.
In the case of selection of items not currently available, these will be delivered by us within the time limits communicated at the time of purchase.
In the case of longer deadlines, or problems in the order processing, you will be promptly notified to the contacts you left when registering.
The Antica Stivaleria prepares the goods contained in the order and entrusts them to the Courier with the original packaging of the manufacturer or with appropriately closed cardboard boxes, or with laminated envelopes sealed with the courier logo used.
Deliveries are made on working days, from Monday to Friday, not holidays.
It is at the discretion of the Antica Stivaleria make use of one or more couriers for shipments.
Delivery costs are charged to the Customer and are paid upon completion of the order.
Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the courier's accompanying document
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or altered.
Once the Courier's transport document has been signed, the Customer can no longer make any objection to the quantity and quality of the goods received.
Delivery times and types: Delivery times and types are at the expense of the transport company to which theAntica Stivaleria relies on delivery. The timing is however specified in the product description and may follow variations depending on what is reported in the specific section.
Compliance with shipping times depends on the availability of the chosen item.
Shipping cost: The shipping cost varies depending on the product ordered, the number of products ordered and the shipping address.
Right of withdrawal: Sales of products via the Internet are regulated in articles 50 to 68 ("distance contracts") of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
